i personally prefer her being naked... (snuapril01.deviantart.com/art/…)
and that also makes more sense for the folklore of man following beautiful naked young woman in the water and drowning..
but, nudity was not allowed for t shirts or illustration displays for kids books.
so i had put a dress on her in photoshop. usually i prefer hand drawn/painted work, but in these case, I'm glad we have programs from adobe. because i can still keep my original the way i like.
