snow queen from Hans Christian Andersen's tale, talking to Kai.
She also seems to be the origin or inspiration for white witch in the chronicles of Narnia
And before disney's frozen turned into what it is now, it was supposed to be the snow queen story.
in my version, i made her wear bustle skirt made out of arctic fox tails, so there are some arctic foxes in foreground hiding, being afraid of her.
it's painted with poster paint+ gouache and there is partial shading with color pencil.

An arctic fox tail is just around 1ft (30cm), and those on the skirt look much longer than that. So either:
1. She hunted giant foxes.
2. She used magic to make the regular foxes' tails grow much longer than normal.
3. She mugged Ahri from League of Legends.
